A Minecraft Windows 10 edition code

The code I got from Mojang is already used and I contacted Mojang and they told me to contact Xbox support and after a few times of being forwarded around, I got sent here. So the code I got is already used I have already checked my 2 Microsoft accounts
and the code is not activated.

Minecraft Windows 10 Edition: Code already used

I already own a Minecraft Java edition.

So I tried to buy a Windows 10 edition with the code provided by Mojang Account, but it was already used on June 8, 2018.

However, there are no Minecraft Windows 10 editions in my Microsoft accounts, and I have never used Windows 10 edition code before.

How do I use this code in my account?

Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition runs specifically on Windows 10. If you would like to play Minecraft on Xbox One, you will want to take a look at Minecraft:
Xbox One Edition. If you would like to install the Windows 10 version of Minecraft on your Windows 10 PC, sign into the account that originally redeemed the code and download through the Windows Store.

We don't have the ability to generate codes for this unfortunately. Did you attempt to sign into your other profile and check the Windows Store to see if you were able to download the game? It's possible the code could have been redeemed on the other account.
