A message to Xbox and the rest of the team.

Hello, Microsoft Team. I am posting this to say I am leaving Xbox after all these years. When I made my account nearly 10 years ago, Xbox was a much different place. It was fair and very simple, the customer service was quality, and the community was interactive.
When I had my 360, I had it red ring 3 times. But each time, Xbox was friendly, supportive, and communicated every single time. My Xbox was always repaired and I had no issues. The online community was constantly abuzz with players chatting, talking smack,
and interacting through external mediums. During this time, I made some of my best friends on Xbox that I am still friends with today. Those days are now dead. Anytime I need to contact customer support regarding anything, it is sub par and unhelpful. Any
online interaction that occurs anymore is the occasional trash talk. The online community for any games resembles a ghost town.

There is nobody present in any games that wishes to interact since we are all conditioned to be intimidated by the Xbox Live Enforcement Team.

This group has single handedly destroyed almost all social interactions within LIVE. Bans, suspensions, and warnings are being issued left, right, and center for no reason most of the time. This group is completely without limitations and abuses their power
constantly. We have no way to contact them directly or hold them accountable for their actions. It is very shady and irresponsible for MIcrosoft to allow this kind of group to exist, let alone have this kind of power and influence over the community. As of
late, I have received my second suspension in the course of a few days. Originally, my communication suspension was over "harassment" of other players, which was a lie. Then, I contact customer support trying to figure out who presided over the Xbox Live Enforcement
Team, so I could confront them and hold someone accountable. As a result, I have received a full on account suspension and extension for "threats" to the team, which is another bold faced lie. I tried to reach to someone working directly with Microsoft to
combat this issue. I was then told an engineer heard my complaint and Id be receiving a call to address the issue within a few days. However, I received no call. Instead, I got an emailed response from a "agent" who emailed a copy and paste template signed
"Sincerely, ?" That's right. Whoever that pasted the response, left the signature with the "?" still. This kind of horrid treatment I have received has been atrocious, inexcusable, and entirely UNJUSTIFIABLE. As a human being, I deserve better treatment than
this. I am so disgusted with how Xbox has become these days and with how awfully I have been treated by the Xbox team. This team has hurt the community far more than any troll/trash talker ever did. It makes me sad to see the way Xbox has devolved from a social
gaming platform to a coddling tyranny. Words cannot express my disappointment in the team and Xbox as a whole. The message I have gotten from Xbox is that I no longer belong in this family. Thus, I have decided to leave. It is clear I am no longer welcome in
this community.

Better Than The Rest Team

Hello I am 1 part of a 4 man team. We are over 30 years of age and 1 of our people is not able to get this game. So I am seeking 1 good player to play with us.

We are great gamers and have played many 4 player games together so we have gaming chemistry. We hardly ever lost in L4D2, We beat Dead Island to many times, We only lost 5 times in Duke Nukem out of hundreds of matches, My 1st and I have beaten Resident
Evil 5 plus 2 add on's on insane difficulty, and in Dead Rising we have saved all survivors, killed all psycho's, beat all OTR challenges. I am a Dead Rising master having all cheevo's for ALL versions of the game. I have beat all Resident Evil games.I am
also a former creator/leader of a Team Fortress 2 clan that was around for a few years. So we are not new to 4 player games or the zombie genre of games to say the least.

We are looking for 1 player that: Is at least 30 years of age, has a mic, is a good gamer, gets along well with others, plays well with others, and is available to play from around 1:30am eastern until about 6am eastern. I know its a tall order but I know

Let it go, don't egg them on by sending a message back. Keep the message in your inbox, file a complaint, and block communication. At that point you will have done all that you need to do, and the Enforcement Team will take care of the rest.
