    I just wanted to give a whole-hearted **** YOU to the Xbox Live Enforcement Team. This is already my fourth communication ban, which was given after I MYSELF was being ****-talked to once again. My thing is, where is this enforcement in voice chat? Where
    is this enforcement when **** on this network are out being the biggest trolls they can possibly be? (I asked this because according to an Xbox Questionnaire, Trolling can be served with a ban). Where is the Enforcement Team with all these other people being
    harassed primarily through offensive party chat? And now, taking it back quite a while, where in the **** was the Enforcement Team when I was being bullied on here by a handful of **** who'd constantly kick, trash talk, and turn my friends against me? I lost
    a real life best friend at that time because of it. All the complaints I filed, the countless calls to support, nothing. People said some of the most scummy, horrendous **** back on 360, but NOW, years down the line, you want this network to be a child-friendly
    playground?

    Stop focusing on the stupid ****. Just because someone sends one potentially-offensive message to someone doesn't mean they need to be served with the immediate ban. What happened to warnings? Instead, why don't you focus on the cheaters, the glitchers,
    the exploiters, the modders, the DDOSers. Apologies for this rant, but I've been sheltered all my life, and Xbox is all I have to maintain the friendships I still have. It's ridiculous that me making a clever reply to someone shittalking me will give me a
    ban. Why not ban them too?

    Non-Profane Gamertag was denied.

    I was told by a private message from a XBLPET guy that it was not the right forum for that.

    There is no way to contact the XBLPET directly.

    You should continue to file a complaint on these users. You can also avoid them, mute them, and block communicatoins if they send you a message: support.xbox.com/.../chat-terms-of-use-conduct



    Unforunately, the XBLPET get a lot of complaints. They don't just look at complaints for WaW, but also the whole XBL community. So, it can take a lot of time for them to review all of the complaints.

    The user is just a Microsoft Impersonator, the XBLPET wouldn't message you via Xbox LIVE.


    Just file a complaint in the field of Text Message, Block Communications and avoid the user.

    Teens are posing as "microsoft helpers" that aid younger playersto not get banned, instead sending them to **** NOT APPRECIATED

    First off, good move on contacting support, although they really should of given you all the advise you needed. Just to clarify, did you call 1-800-4MY-XBOX? That is the official Xbox support line.

    Second, if you have any messages from them, open the messages, bring up the players info and report them then block communications from them. If you don't have any direct messages from them, if your son logs into this site xbox.com and goes to his friends
    list, you will see a list of people he recently played games with. Find them on that list, then bring them up on the xbox console and do the same thing I said before, report the players, block communications.

    Every report is investigated by the XBox Live Policy and Enforcement Team (XBLPET). What they did is very much against the Xbox TOU and COC and the XBLPET will take action against them.

    Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live.

    When XBLPET issues an enforcement action, an email message is automatically sent to the address associated with your Xbox Live account. You can also check the page displaying any enforcement actions associated with your account:

    There is no correct forum for this. I am really unhappy that I am forced to post in the foums. There really needs to be another avenue to communicate with the XBLPET. Everyone here knows that the likelyhood of getting a resonse
