    Every time I search for a solution to a Microsoft problem all I find here are employees locking threads that have no valid answer other than perhaps a meaningless "reinstall".

    I just wanted to comment that I wonder how it feels to have a customer service job but not actually ever do any customer service? Does that make you proud to come into work in the morning? It seems like all you do is warm a seat.

    I have a particular problem with the Game Pass, one seemingly quite common, (the loop) so I looked it up, no less than 20 different links to this "community" and in
    every single one a Microsoft employee has locked the thread without help with the same excuse of "there is another thread...so this is locked" and there are a few that offer nice little text based
    emojis in their signature pretending to care.

    There are no other threads that have anything helpful and it is beyond belief that someone would lock a thread, then say it's covered elsewhere and then NOT LINK THAT THREAD.

    This isn't just about game pass either, it's literally everything. I have never once come across a single thread in any Microsoft help forum (and because I run Windows, problems happen quite often) that has ever given any actual help. You don't ask any questions
    you do not offer any steps, you offer nothing but update bulletins and reinstall suggestions.

    One could probably get more useful information from the fake Microsoft scammers... at the very least they say "hello, how are you, how can I help you".

    Just do your job, and if it's not in the manual to give someone help, do it anyway. Take pride in what you do, is that too big an ask?

    I can understand your frustation but as the previous Ambassador told you, we are not Microsoft , we are just a player as you. We try to solve what we can if there is no way for us to help you, you have to contact Microsoft itself to get more details about
    your issue > https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us (you can chat or call an agent which will be able to access to many details that we are not able to).

    All I say is most of us are just volunteering gamers that represent the best of the Xbox brand to help other gamers with Common problems we have solved before.

    However if it still no help I recommend contacting Xbox support on the website via contact us to speak to an official representative as the staff can't always be monitoring the forums that's why we are here to help.

    No. There was just the message about error 104 and then after I tried to fix it and couldn't, I left a message on the support line and then the next day it was working. Thank you Microsoft.
