    Everytime I try to join xbox live it keeps giving me an error message saying this profile cannot connect to xbox live. I created a free xbox live account and I dont know what to do because I want to play online. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to

    When i try and access various online features and privilege’s on my xbox live account a message comes up on screen saying “Locked privilege. This feature is blocked per your XBOX LIVE parent control settings” but on the adult account there has been no restrictions
    put in place. can someone please help as i would like help ASAP?

    I downloaded the xbox 360 game Injustice Gods among Us onto my Xbox one a while ago and it worked fine. But now this appears

    If you have a game disc, insert it now. If you bought this online, make sure your signed into Xbox Live. If you dont have rights for playing it, youl need to get it at the microsoft store.

    But now that message appears. When i press

    See in Microsoft Store,

    It sends me to where you can buy it. But it says This product is Installed. then
    Play

    When i press Play, the same message appears.

    I dont know what to do. :(
