A MESSAGE FOR MICROSOFT

Dear Microsoft.

I currently have no problem with my xbox but I would like to ask you a favor. I think the addition of an application to create videos and publish them on youtube would please several people, including several small youtubers like Me. Several people do not asser
money to buy a recording box .

I would like to explain the reason for this comment. Many of my friends have chosen to go to the PS4, I am asking them why and they all replied: On the PS4 we can make videos for free (all my friends on ps4 Are youtubers)

I think adding a way to create free videos on xbox would allow multiple youtubers or several other users to transfer to xbox one.

MSFT backtracks on play anywhere promise

Microsoft seriously needs to clarify their messaging internally before introducing a product to the masses. Sure slip ups happen, but this isn't the first time this group has lacked cohesion in their overall messaging.

The old saying says something about a squeaky wheel and some grease or something...

You want something, you need to realize there are hundreds of others wanting the same thing.

1. Always try and be polite as possible when explaining your frustration. Dont get angry, but tell they you are angry and ask them how they would feel if they were in your situation and you just want what you paid for.

2. Call, Call, Call. When speaking to someone if they cant help you ask for a manager/supervisor. Be persistant.

3. If you dont hear back by the deadline they promised call back again. Explain that you been a loyal patient customer and you deserve better service.

A launch or release is the period where the crap hits the fan. Things are going to fall through the cracks and , unfortunately, you need to be on top of the company these days.

 

The Xbox One currently has this feature. You can record videos using the Game DVR feature. Then you can go to Upload Studio to mix the videos as you like (even using a backdrop if you're recording yourself). After you're finished and it's saved you can
go to the Youtube app and upload that video to your Youtube channel.
