Hallo,

If I'm connected to the Internet, the game The evil within 2 can not be turned on. It always falls on the home screen. If I detach the Xbox from the internet, the game works as it should.

This is the box version of the game.

I reset and keep Games and Apps. The problem did not solve it.

To clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address)

Clear and restart

If I disconnect the console from the Internet and run the game, I can play it. If I connect the internet, the game will fall back to the Xbox Home screen.
