    hey guys i am having a problem and have not much for a long while but i would love your help to solve it ... here is the thing i adquired the XBOX ONE console with the Gears Of War Ultimate Edition Game, as you all now if someone bought that last year an
    played it that person would recieve the codes for the other gears of war games for 360

    Well i did recieve the codes but only the gears 2 and Gears jugdment could be redeemed the Gears one and the gears 3 did not function

    some guy in Xbox support told me that the codes were set for the US and that that was the reason they would not work, i can understand the fact that he told me that but it does not make much sense since the codes were sent to me by the XBOX live team and
    2 of those codes did work correctly so i woudl love to be able to recieve the codes for the 2 games that i dont yet have i would love to know what could i do in order to achieve that... tks guys

    another situation, years ago with the 36o console we buy the Call of Duty Black ops, in a trip to the us some days ago i buy the black opps 3 and took it home to colombia it had the code for the original black ops and i am trying to downloaded in my xbox
    one but it wont let me ... according with the guy in support the problem is the same the game works here but the code wont he said some ambasssador would be able to help me figure this out

    Hey there Ninja! I understand you are having some odd issue when connecting to Xbox LIVE. First, if you could provide me with the exact error messages and codes you are seeing from now on, this might help in determining their cause. That said, are these
    issues only affecting your profile, or all profiles on your console? If it's only yours, try downloading your profile again. We have handy steps here (forums.xbox.com/.../153143.aspx)
    if you need them.

    If it is affecting all profiles the same, then we can assume there is a larger issue here. Start by trying a wired connection to the modem and try connecting to LIVE again. Let me know how these tests go, thanks!

    Having a lot of trouble with live

    Ok so for weeks now i haven't been able to connect to live, it was working fine then one day, nothing.

    Whenever I run a connection test I always get the same thing, everything is connected (network,internet,xbox live) but it says there is a service alert, which when I check the website, there isn't.

    Although it says I'm not signed into live, I have been able to download some updates when i put games in, which doesnt make sense.

    My wireless is fine, I've tried my adapter in a friends xbox and it worked and wireless is working on everything else in my house so it can't be that.

    I've tried everything i can, restoring factory defaults lots of router restarts etc, but nothings been working and I'm really getting annoyed at not being able to get on live with no idea what the problem is.

    I also can't access my achievements or gain achievements when im signed in.

    Any help anyone can give would really be appreciated, thanks.

    Thanks for reaching out. We always recommend purchasing content in the region you live in for 100% compatibility, not all games will work in other regions and changing regions on your console or account can cause mismatches which can render some game unplayable.

    That said, we'd be happy to take a look at this with you. What error message are you seeing when you try to redeem the codes for Gears of War 1 and 3? You mention being in the US and obtaining a copy of Black Ops 3. This Black Ops code is region specific
    to the US so it wouldn't work outside of that region so there wouldn't be anything you can do to make that code work unfortunately.

    Also you will want to take a look at this STICKY to ensure your account is matching the country and region that you are located in, once that's complete you'll want to try to redeem the Gears of War codes again.

    Can I get banned from saying bad things outside of Xbox???

    I have said lots of bad things outside of xbox, will I get banned from Xbox??
    You can only get in trouble if you say things that is against code of conduct or terms of service, while on the xbox. So if you say something some where else that is against code of conduct that is not xbox then no trouble.

    But if you do something on the console that is against code of conduct or terms of service. That is when you can get into trouble.

    Indew, they all do the same thing. UPnP is the most easy to configure but that will not be related to the wireless signal issue
