A lot of problems with the xbox one

I just bought the xbox one with all my Christmas money and I start playing it I realize that Microsoft didn't include a actual game of AC Unity/BF so that was quite nice and when I start to download them it says that 200GB has already been used and I just
plugged it in. the other one is when I go to play AC Unity the game lags so bad that I don't even want to play it, and the audio stops and then it freezes and plays and then just keeps doing it and I restart it then the game wont even load in so I just get
mad and think about taking it back

first starts with a complete delete of my game files i have deleted all the storage several times and then it starts slowing so much my console. ive sent it to repair with microsoft but they told me that my console didnt have any problem. so i get it back
and for a week everything is alright then a x game i was playing said that the game file was corrupted or something just like the first, so then the time past like 3 hours i got out of my house and went somewhere and when i came back it showed a screen that
i needed to delete my game files (there's 2 options 1 said to delete all but keep the games, and the other one said that delete all like the fabric values, the first option doesn't work i choose that one but the console just freeze y let the console work like
for 1 and a half hour and didnt response) so i deleted all of mi game file (AGAIN) and i let a game installing when i came back the game didnt download at all (the problem wasn't the internet), and then i put it to download again but this time i was watching
it didnt stop the download ( it stopped several times but i started it again) i was like 6 hours checking that the download was still there. So the game download and i started it then an error told me that the game couldnt open so i went to system/storage/clear
local saved games and i deleted my game AGAIN then the console freeze and it was like that for like an hour and i shuted down the console, i turned up again and i was on green screen for like 50 minutes and now i have the same problem with the downloads only
that this time if i said download it stops like in 30 seconds. So if microsoft said that the console doesnt have any problem i want to ask here for some advice or something what i want is TO NOT KEEP DELETING ALL MY GAMES please any help?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Xbox but here are some thing you might be able to do

When a game freezes or lags it is suggested to powercycle your console. You can do this by
holding down the powerbutton on the console itself for (approx.
10 second) untill it turns off itself.

Also for game freezing I suggest looking at this article

In combination with that make sure your Xbox is connected directly to a powersource
(not via extension cables or a surge protector) Since the Xbox One has a build in surge protector in it's powerbrick it can sometimes cause gamefreezes due to insufficient power.

As for the harddrive space, the Xbox One supports up to 16TB or external storage via USB3.0 . If you have the 500Gb version this means you can have 32times the storage on an external drive.

Also AC Unity is known for bugs, however I thought the game should have been patched already to have those fixed, if after these steps you still have issues playing AC Unity I suggest posting them in the game support forums http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/xbox_one_support/f/4270.aspx

 

There are way more problems than just that OP. The Party Chat system only works less than half the time. I thought this was meant for gaming and multiplayer gaming but you can't even sustain a chat with your team. This console is a joke and I will not be
following Microsoft in the future. I mean that don't even address feedback. Not one word spoken about how messed up the console is.

I am aware I get no Ambassador XP here, why do I go on the forums then ? Well just to help people...

As to why he/she has to create a new thread is so the focus is on that person and not several people within a single thread which makes it easier for me and anyone else trying to help resolve this issue to communicate to the OP.

Second reason is because they seem to have a different issue which might require different troubleshooting solutions.

It's not for XP reasons at all as there are none, just for ease of use and communication.

 

This is a discussion forum, not support, threads here are for many people to get involved in.

 

You can earn 'Ambassador XP' here.

Liking the post of a person who has signed up for the Forum Specialisation does award them with XP that goes into their Ambassador 'pool'.

I expect we'll start to see many more Ambassadors helping out in the general sections of the forum from now on. Hopefully they will be knowledgeable.

1) Whilst there may be no Ambassador XP for verified answers in a Discussion Forum, Ambassadors who are part of the Forum Specialisation can still earn XP for every 'like' that any of their posts get, regardless of what Forum they are on. The Ambassadors
are also a very knowledgeable group of people and are usually there to help everyone, even when they're not earning XP for it, so their presence here shouldn't be a surprise to anybody

2) To thefi5hdidit - FearedNightmare had some great suggestions earlier about what you could try and do to clear up a few of those issues that you were having and hopefully we can help you get them resolved. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with
your console and are thinking of returning it, that's definitely not what we want! We want to make sure you get the best experience possible from your console. If you do get stuck and have any further errors, feel free to start a Support Chat with one of the
friendly Ambassadors by
Clicking Here and they can likely help you diagnose your problems further.

3) To CitizenBovine, I appreciate your contribution to this Discussion Forum by adding in your opinion on the matter. However, I've noticed that you've also raised some issues that could likely be solved to ensure you have a better experience with Xbox.

Why would i need or want to do that?

You could also try the basic task of getting my name right.

 

Apple is currently being sued about them selling a 16GB iphone then leaving you with 12GB before you even activate it and put a single app on it. It seems that companies are taking advantage of this and its getting worse. You are buying something with 500GB
of data or any amount for that matter just to find out that a huge percentage of that is already not available and will never available to you. To me it false advertisement to put in big letters 500GB no amount of small writing justifies taking most of that
away for them to be able to provide you with what they are already selling you. Hopefully this person wins in court and it changes the industry.

Personally I believe if they are selling you a 500GB hard drive it should be a 500GB hard drive. They should either have to have their OS on a separate media preferably a SSD or flash of some sort. Or have a larger hard drive and partition it so that 500GB
is free space and the other partition is theirs but you are not hindered in the amount space your originally purchased. They have been getting away with it for awhile because the amount they have taken for themselves out of the space you have purchased has
always been smaller but they are getting greedy now. You give them a GB and they take 200GB. Shame on all companies that continue to do this.
