    a looking for group post error


    Every single time, no matter what I do, I can not fix the problem of not being able to post my own, or send the creator of the LFGP an "I'm interested" message. I have cleared my MAC Alternate address, and changed my DNS settings, multiple times, I have soft restarted my xbox, and I have uninstalled, and reinstalled my profile onto the xbox. I have an open NAT type. I have followed all directions I was given from others, and support, and nothing works. I have made a few posts about this problem, and I think it should be addressed again. Please help me, I cannot keep getting ignored after messaging someone to join their LFGP instead of just pressing "I'm interested."

    Start troubleshooting the issue by running the Windows Update Troubleshooter for Windows 10 (microsoft.com), then follow the steps mentioned here => How to perform a clean boot in Windows (microsoft.com).

    If the issue persists, You will need to contact the online support for further assistance regarding this. Access Contact us | Xbox Support. Follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help from an online chat agent. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.

    I had that to but not any more since the new update came out if its still like that then its because of all the lag since theres so many people on playing and also looking for groups.

    Hello, having this issue for 3 years would drive me crazy! Does it ever let you successfully search for a group event? You stated the same thing happens if you try from the Xbox app also???
