A long time customer looking to stop using Xbox and switching to playstation

Hello fellow Xbox owners, my name is Noah, or know as neon. I have been a customer of Xbox for years and years. I owned an original Xbox even. There have been some dark times for Xbox but today I have been hacked and reseted for the last time. As off June
26 2014 I will not renew my Xbox live membership. Today I was charged $8.00+ for a video game known as Grand theft auto V. I contacted Xbox asking to cancel the auto renewal so that I can take my card off the Xbox but I was told to wait 15 minutes and still
got no service. I am feed up this this bull s@$t and ready to switch to a game station that requires no money from my pocket. If I can not take my card off by tomorrow. I am sorry to inform you but you will lose another loyal customer to Sony, it was a blast
being able to play halo 2 and modern warfare but if you can't protect me from the dangers of hackers and kids trying to buy $500,000 in GTA I am willing to give up on the long haul of constantly changing my passcode and email every 2 days. I love Xbox but
I can't have I 10 year old trying to afford an apartment in gta. Thank you have have a wonderful day and night.

Social Gaming Issues

Very frustrated with Xbox. I've been a long time customer and the service has gone down significantly. Seriously considering dumping Xbox and switching to Playstation. My $60.00 renewal is coming up and not so sure i want/ need it any more.

I bought the season pass for black ops 2 about how I got to relive the fun times I had a while back but after I had bought it I checked my games and apps too see if it was ready it was I was so exited as I logged on to my account in bo2 I looked to see if
it had came through yet it still hasn't for 4 days and I don't think it ever will as I worried I contacted xbox support over an hour talking about it nothing was done at all exept a thanks for calling how can we help overall I am disappointed with this and
I cannot get a refund thanks xbox another 26 pounds down the drain again

the hacking you mentioned was that in a specific game or was it your account that was accessed?

In either case I advise you to take a look at this link:

Also if during the account hacking somebody charged your credit card, you will need to contact Xbox Support and open a compromised account case, they will start an investigation and based on the result they will refund the stolen goods if needed.
