A live agent glitched my refund and I can’t use my last refund

Ok FIRST stop sending in request for refunds for things you really dont want refunds on. I know your frustrated but this is not the way to handle it at all. You in fact need to speak with a live agent or chat agent that is not an Xbox Ambassador
chat if it gives you the options. I know in certain locations chats and phone lines are not open at the same time. With all the other refunds that you put in were they actually refunded?? Did you get any refunds to you Microsoft account balance?

Technically, I got the refunds but in reality I didn't because neither of them are credited. That's the problem! For the record, I DID explain in the free text box that I did not want a refund when I was going through the refund process .... and your suggestion
that I speak with a live or chat agent has been attempted many times - again unsuccessfully.

1. I cant get a live agent,

2. I can't get a chat agent

3. they don't reply to support emails

4. My account only gives me the option to view what has been refunded but not get support/ask questions/follow up on that supposed refund other than request another refund.

5. The phone numbers provided are ONLY for MS office and tech support for such issues

6. Other support options are AI agents that don't understand the question OR

7. Forums like this.

That's 7 dead end options it would seem. To say you understand my frustration and wag your finger at my attempt to get support using a left field work-around is disingenuous.

Xbox Support can help with refunds, despite what it says on the website. I contacted them a few weeks ago as my refund request (my first ever one) was instantly denied through the form, so I started a live chat at https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and the agent manually approved my request. I actually received the refund to my bank account on the same day.

You may need to adjust your category/topic options to speak with someone. Try selecting 'I can't redeem a code' under 'Subscriptions & billing', then start a live chat. If you get through to the virtual automated agent, just type 'Talk to agent' a few times.

The problem is I used up all my refund ,this year and now I can’t get them to refund me this unauthorized purchase ,what do I do ,contact my bank or wait for reply from them ?

As I wrote, I can't access refund link in south Korea. When I tried to connect refund link sight, there was error page " Can't find Page". I think this error incurred because of my location and my nationality.

Please let me know refund service agent's email address or refund service agent send me an email to resolve my problem.
