That is not true. You can remove (unenroll) the console from a preview and still remain in the Insiders with the preview options available to your account. If you remove your Insider account as well as remove the console from a preview, using the Insider hub, then yes you will have to start all over and wait for an invite again.

I have recently installed Insider hub on a new Xbox Series X and all of the preview rings I am allowed were available to me.

Games that you can purchase on Microsoft store are games that are available from your country. Since you are set up to Egypt, it will also show the games available that you can buy and download specific for your country. That does not include games from game pass if you are playing them through game pass.

If you have games that you purchased before, you can check this under your library from the Microsoft store.

Are you getting any error messages? Check all vents are free from dust and dirt and have a good flow of air around them. Also are you signed up to the Xbox Insider preview program?

Hi, if your Xbox is using the preview update and your friends Xbox isn't and you purchased the game from the store on the preview Xbox that is one of the quirks of using the preview.

Games purchased on a system using the preview are not available on a system not using the preview. That will be changed once the update is released publicly.

It's currently limited to those in the Insider program. It started with the Alpha / Skip Ahead rings, and recently expanded to the Beta ring.
