Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue. If you're having difficulty making a payment via your console, you can manipulate your account from a computer or other device (smartphone, tablet, etc) and for instruction on how to do so, we recommend using
our support article entitled How to pay a past due balance on an Xbox subscription for best results. I'm also including

The problem is that it say to me to try later but it never work so I don't know how can I pay my xbox subscription, maybe my card is expired :/
