A key to leveling up?

Anyone have a method for this? I've been light level 24 for 3 days now, halfway to 25. I've been doing strikes, story missions with heroic modifiers, and pvp, and bounties but i never get anything with +light thats higher than what i've already got. Mostly,
it's just crap that requires a level below my own. It's frustrating to the point i don't even want to play this garbage anymore(shadow of mordor cant get here fast enough) Can anyone give me some advice? Thanks

strategy for past 50?

The real key to getting to level 81 as I am finding out, is leveling up all the skills efficiently, that you have not much used before. I would go to recommend taking the Lover's stone sign, as it helps towards all skills leveling evenly. If one is going
to focus on just one type of skills, then go with that particular Guardian stone.

 

The Depths

What my plan was, was to spend 20000 for a key from the blacksmith and the rest for leveling up but I got stuck and couldn't get out till now. It saddens me. I defeated the Gaping dragon so I got 25000 while the rest was grinding.

 

lol Its garbage yet you've spent the last 4 days straight playing to get to level 24. Maybe just take a break.

 

Hmmm that's strange ... I'm Light 25 about to be light 26 once I upgrade my chest piece getting ready for that raid on the 16th ya booooy lol.

 

Perhaps garbage was a poor choice of words. Frustration is getting the better of me. I want to level up for the 16th, but thats not gonna happen with the loot drops i'm getting

 

Just keep doing the level 24 vanguard strikes your bound to find something better eventually I found to to legendary engrams that yield some pretty sweet armor then I went and bought a legendary chest piece the only legendary armor piece I need now is a
helmet. If you want you can add me and i'll run some strikes with you.

 

If you're really desperate, there are several different farming techniques on YouTube you can try. If anything, you'll get some glimmer out of it.

Personally, I'm doing the strikes so I can earn marks to buy my gear. If I Find something, great, if not, oh well.

 

You can always buy the stuff, its called rare and very rare for a reason
