I have tried reinstalling this app multiple times, and tried to get acces the C:\Program Files]WindowsApps and it won't let me enter due to administrator problem, though I'm using this computer as an administrator

i'm sorry but the "desinstall" you mean uninstall? or reinstall?

and also restart my machine as repare mode, is it different with safe mode?

Hi I Sugesty for you trying reinstall but make this way:

1) Desinstall the App as Administrator

2) Restart your machine to Repare mode

30 Go to the folders where show you in this list and remove manually this files and restart your system again normaly;

4) then try make install again but before try see if your Windows 10 have somes update to make

I'm not at this level of trouble shooting with computers but talking to an IT person has never failed me, so that's my advice.

I assume Ricardo Cintra means uninstall, but don't take my word for it.
