A humble suggestion for refunds

Hi MS,

Can you please revert to the old process for game refunds? I.e. letting live chat agents review the case and process the refund right there and then, instead of having to wait for the refund team to get back in 48-72 hours.

That old process was far, far better. Bring it back please! Thank you.

the wait times will be a little longer at the moment anyway as they are most likely on reduced staffing levels due to the ongoing global issues.

It was changed because far too many people were abusing the refund system so it's extremely unlikely they would go back to that system.

So my best two options is buy back an Xbox and be humble or buy back the games and be humble. That kinda sucks but such is life huh.

If you MUST play recon, I would humbly suggest you leave the bolt action snipers at home. You are almost NEVER going to be a contributing member of a win using one.

I would suggest using an all kits weapon or a semi-auto with a Red Dot/Holo. The SKS is straight vicious at medium range.
