    So one day I decided I wanted to play Minecraft, it logged me out, so I tried to log-in. It kept saying there was no account, so I went to my browser and tried to log-in there, still nothing. I then tried and successfully created an Xbox and Microsoft with that same Email. I contacted Microsoft and Minecraft multiple times but all ended in saying contact the other. (Minecraft back to Microsoft, etc.) A couple of days later, I thought to myself, what if someone hacked my account? I went on to namemc.com to check my name, and wouldn't you know it, my skin, name, and cape had all been changed. I had an alt that I went to check Hypixel, and guess what? The person who hacked my account was online! I then tried to message them, but they blocked me. I tried another alt I had(Was really my friends account), which was friends with my main account, and they unfriended my friend. They were online for the entirety of this, so at that moment I knew for a fact someone changed the email and everything on my Minecraft account completely deleted my last one. So now I'm stuck in a position where I can't get my account back. This is why I am now coming to the forums hoping to get help on this situation. I do not know what the email or password on my Minecraft account is at this moment because the hacker changed everything, it also includes a lot of cloud saves on games I played a lot so that's a minus. I just hope someone can help me get my Minecraft account back. Microsoft said they can't get a deleted Microsoft/Xbox account back, so the only thing I have left from that account is my Minecraft account, which they thankfully haven't deleted, since I have a lot of progress in games on Hypixel and I have purchased ranks on there too.

    How about delete the hackers account, I have the name of another hacker, recently stole my cousins account and is even selling it, xbox gamertag of hacker is fritz6163, how about do something and get rid of the hackers

    If it was your main account then you lost the account and Xbox enforcement or no one would do anything to fix your issue. Unless you file it to cyber intelligence.

    Since enforcement doesn't do anything about it does that mean we just start a riot? Please I did not do what the hacker did on my account and after the unauthorized access you tell me that I was doing what the hacker was doing and suspended me. My point
    is after being hacked and losing my gamertag from a hacker selling my gamertag on a online website I get suspended from my own account because of a hacker's actions. These are not my actions these are the actions that were on my account from the hacker that
    stole my account. Because of the poor security in your system for retrieving EMAILS....AT&T/VERIZON/COMPANY PHONE LINES.... the FRAUD department. Is there a FRAUD department in here? Where and who may I speak to about this please?
