A hacker hijacked my Xbox profile.

Hello everyone. I'm creating a new topic because I need help from Microsoft. Today, I have one of my Xbox account that is hacked and I really would like help from a serious person who can help me. The hacker managed to hack my inbox to get into my xbox account.
This person was able to change the password and email address of my account so that it could be diverted without me realizing it. My account was like gamertag FRevafav01. I could see that the email address of the account has been changed and I am able to give
you the email address of the hacker who is [Mod Removed] (the hacker use my details to create this address).

The email address of the account before it was hacked was [Mod Removed]

I would really like someone serious to consider my request carefully because it is a serious act that must be punished. I am able to provide you with more information provided my account is returned to me. If nobody is able to help me, I would be entitled
to resort to justice because even by securing our accounts, we get hacked.

Xbox Live account hacked/hijacked. Email changed and hacker is still using my account daily. What can I do?

Someone hijacked my account gamertag: Schrammwow and has been using my account every day. He changed the email from my email to his email. I tried resetting the email and password and he hacked it again and changed the email to his email (*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***) so
I no longer reset the password or email to regain control of my account. He fradulently gifted games to his other account D3ATH99. My friends and I report my hijacked account every few days and have called/ direct messaged microsoft and xbox and they either
haven't responded or don't care and said "Just make a new account. Sorry." Any way y'all can help me or give me advice on how to ban my hijacked account? Or actually reach customer service that actually could help me?

TL;DR: My account was hijacked and email was changed. Hacker uses my account (Schrammwow) daily we've reported him and contacted microsoft and xbox and they don't care and haven't responded or said "sorry. make a new account" does anyone know someone I can
call to get my hijacked account banned account or back in my control?

I live in France, so I followed your link but I found a page that offers me no solution, the page referred me to this forum or a phone number. I have said that I am no longer able to access this account because the email and password have been changed by
the hacker.

I have the end of their address that ends with @mail.ru and my account is using a Microsoft hacker address because it is the Outlook address I mentioned earlier.

I am sharing with the account that has been hacked and I have proof that this is my account because I made recent purchases of which I have the amount and a date for my two see three last purchases.

I also use gift cards for my purchases so I also have the codes of his card in my possession if necessary.

This is the account used by my little sister who is deprived of his hobbies.

I had an inquiry opened by microsoft to recover my account. Normally, I should get it back soon, the hacker having taken advantage of the money that was there on this account, the Microsoft procedure for the refund is the longest step.
