A good Xbox One headset suggestions?

I'm looking to get a good Xbox One headset around the 150-250 dollar range. Looking for surround sound needed for first person shooter games. Wired is ok as long as everything else is solid. Any suggestions from you forumers or Xbox staff would be much appreciated.

It all depends on what kind of headset you want and personal preference, because there are alot out there. These are the available Xbox One surround sound headsets of the most populair headset manufacturers at the moment:

I myself use a Turtle Beach XO Seven and I'm loving it. But I also hear alot of positive feedback on the Astro A40's. It really is up to you to make a decision. Look up some videos and read some user reviews/feedback.

You can also buy a Stereo Headset Adapter ($25). That enables you to use your current/older headset on the Xbox One. Say you have a good headset already that you used on your Xbox 360, with the Adapter you can also use it on your Xbox One.

 

The xo7 seem to be the pair I'd go with but the stealth 500x sound like they'll be better, especially being wireless. Thing is I dont think the 500x is out yet. If it is I couldn't find them...

After watching a video on the xo7's I'm probably going to get them. The wire from headset to controller won't bother me much and the reviews on the sound were top notch. So really how much better can the stealth 500x be? I'd just be paying an extra 70-80
bucks just to not have the wire between headset and controller.

Now that I've had the XO sevens for a while I do like them they are a nice set. Games do sound great but the negitives are no true surround sound and also movies and music take a step back compared to gaming.

From what I've heard the Stealth 500x for the One have got bad reviews due to complicated set up. Someone mentioned to me there was another gaming headset coming out soon for the One, anyone else heard this?
