    Your Gold – 1 Month subscription is scheduled to be automatically renewed on Tuesday, December 14, 9999. Please retain a copy of this message for your records. Here is a description of the service.

    This is the e-mail I received after buying an auto-renewal Gold membership. I was charged correctly on the original purchase, however since then I have not. This was purchased on 10/7/14. Xbox.com shows charges but my bank does not. Is this some sort of
    typo, will it sort itself out, or should I call Xbox support after the holidays? I have never had anything like this happen, and I don't want to cheat MS( even though free gold for life would be awesome) and would like to fix this issue.

    Every time I long onto xbox live it says I have found a glitch in the system. This prevents me from doing anything, and I'm trying to use a "Fast Card" for my account. I know there's a post about this already but for some reason it won't let me reply. Please

    Hi Scolding,

    So let me help out a bit here and Don't worry nothing is going wrong with your account I'd say A Glitch in The System? :) and you won't get in trouble. So on the "9999" thing. This is correct and by design. While you have auto renewal on you account it will renew every month
    until you stop it. So in theory it could renew until the year "9999" lets hope modern science can help us fulfil this contract A Glitch in The System? :).

    So on your second point it's a little trickery to explain but I'll try my best and if you I don't explain clearly enough please reply. So when you buy a sub you get charge there and then straight away at that moment, now that's to make sure you have
    then money to pay for the sub. Now every month after that you get charged on a different date, that's called your billing date. This date is the day you connected to Xbox live for the first time, and that's usually not the same day as you when buy the sub.
    So from this point forward you will see the charge come out on the same day but that should conflict with the first payment but there is nothing wrong with that . If you'd like to see this in action so that it makes more sense go to a web page called accounts.live.com
    and sign in with your Microsoft account and you can see this in action and I'm sure it will make sense. Even if you had missed any payments you would also be see it here on this page.

  5. I have gone to the website suggested. However it states that I have been charged. But in November/December I was not charged. I'm not sure if it's their computer's reading it wrong but no charges have been done with my Xbox live. Xbox music and other purchases
    show just fine, it's just my Xbox Live not going through even though the money's there. I'm literally getting Xbox Live for free at the moment. I'm really unsure who to contact about it either. But thank you for your quick response.

  6. Well if it says you have been charged on accounts.live.com I'd advise Contacting your bank to confirm these charges. If you were not meeting the charges it would say Decline on your account on the website. And if they bank Can't shed an light than I would
    advise call support. But if you account says settled then someone is paying lol. Maybe double cheque that the money is coming off the correct card on accounts.live.com

  7. Well further looking on accounts.live.com it shows on Nov. 14 Xbox charged me $0.00 and on Dec. 14 it shows they charged me $10.39. Their computers show I have made the payments but they never put the charges to my bank. All info is correct. I'm gonna have
    to call them it appears to fix this crazy mishap. Thanks for all the help though Superhugmonkey. A Glitch in The System? :)

  9. I'll call them after the holidays. I don't want the stress of the Holiday season to make me grouchy during a call with support. I'm certain it's a random mess up somewhere, I just hope it's easy to fix.

  10. It was an issue on Microsoft's end. The issue was resolved by calling Customer Support, and I recommend that should anyone experience this issue to call as well. A Glitch in The System? :)

    It seems obvious that xbox support doesn't really care about it's customers. They should have already fixed this poblem and yet they have yet to help. I have been experiencing the same problems as the people stated above and instead of xbox resolving the
    issue, they keep saying "make a new thread". However, this will not help cause the problem, it will only continue to delay the problem that myself as well as 100's of others are currently experiencing and after paying our hard-earned money to a corperation,
    we expect these issues to be resolved quickly. The players of xbox do not need to have their time wasted and the only reason you should be responding is if you are answering to our problems or giving us advise, otherwise there is a problem.

    I believe that the company that makes the product and the people giving the solutions to these problems should know the product well enough to answer the customers questions. If these problems continue, I as well as others will soon become fed up and switch
    over to a new gaming company, potentially Sony, and you will no longer be taking my money and wasting my time.

    When I have seen this if I refresh my browser it goes away. If not you could maybe try and clear your cookies.
