A game was removed from my account, and the status says cancelled, do I get my money back??

On the off chance you're not automatically reimbursed for the cancellation, which may be due to an overdue balance on your account or on you credit/debit card itself, you could try to fill out the general returns and refunds form.

I'd inquire with your bank too, see if there's been any new statements posted since the cancellation/call them and follow up with the purchase.

Very BIG problem

Microsoft support say that i owes them money, because of problems with the removal of money from my VISA card, they do not cut off my gold status and continued to try to take the money from the card, which is no more money. My card was - no credit - it was
impossible to go into debt! Nowhere is it written that if there is no money on the card, Microsoft does not disable the gold status and provides debt! This is a server error. Please unlock my account with the status of the silver!

It doesn't say canceled, its just that transaction is not there. I have chase as my bank and i know their doing updates to the site so maybe its not updating cause the money for the game went back into my account, it probably went thru but its going thru
the system updates so its probably messing up . But when i go on gamestop website and check on my order, its still there and the status says " open " , i think if got canceled , i would've gotten an email stating that. I just hope it didn't get canceled and
its just a minor glitch with chase system .
