A game was accidentally refunded and I would like to repurchase

I am writing this post because one of my recently purchased games was refunded and I can no longer play it after I spoke with a representative about an unauthorized purchase. The game was Mortal Kombat XL and I bought it while it was on sale last week before
someone obtained my password and made a purchase without my consent. I was wondering if it is possible for me to repurchase that game for the price I originally bought it at so i can actually play it again?

Wrong Gamertag

I accidentally purchased a game off of the marketplace on my little brother's gamertag. So the issue I am having is that I would like the game to be under my account name. I was wondering if a refund was possible so that I could then repurchase it.

Hi,

I started the free trial today but then accidentally subscribed to it again within the hour as it asked me to. However, this time, I accidentally paid $10 for the subscription. Simply put, I would like to be refunded the payment I made.

I tried the refund and since I preordered the game before release it was denied due to the date I purchased it. I’m trying to talk with someone to explain that I would like a refund so I can repurchase the correct version for the series x

A refund request would have to of been requested through the refund website and it would have been approved.

Once a refund is processed for a game then the license (ability to play that game) is taken away and you would need to repurchase it in order to play the game.

You would have to contact support to see if there is anything they can. They generally don't give partial refunds so most likely they would refund the entire amount and then you would have to repurchase the game. 1-8000-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada
