A game that won't download, a now useless season pass for that game and a wasted $60

I bought gears of war 3 and the season pass for $60 overall, but my gears of war 3 stops downloading at around half way through the download and the only thing it says is Can't buy gears of war 3. My season pass downloads normally. I've tried everything,
I've tried clearing the system cache, deleting the amount of the game that's downloaded and redownloadding It, but the end result is always the same, can't download gears of war 3. I've tested my internet connection and I'm sure that 30 ping is enough to download
the game. If there isn't a solution, could I at least get a refund on for the wasted $60 that I've spent?

CoD Ghosts Season Pass

So I recently bought my Pre-ordered copy of Call of Duty Ghosts. While at EB Games purchasing it, they asked if I wanted to get the season pass for extra cost, so I did. But instead of giving me a code for the season pass they gave me different Xbox account
cards that would put $60 in my XBL account so I could buy it on my Xbox 360. With that $60 now in my account, out of excitement I purchased the season pass. I now realise that It was a huge mistake and that I completely wasted money on what I could have bought
more games and other things with $60. It's only been a few weeks since the game has came out and I've already come to the conclusion that I don't find the game fun at all and don't even play it. I know that it says no refunds in the description of the season
pass, but I'd hate to waste $60 on add-ons I'll never download. So is there any way I can get a refund?

No expansions, what to do with taken king?

I suppose $60 to buy it all again and get all expansions is akin to most games these days charging 50-60 for a season pass :/ Still *** me off though that they do this with most top games now...

So if I download the taken king full edition will it replace destiny in "My Games" on xbox one or will it show as a separate game now?

Hi , thanks for the answer. It's a shame as my son now won't play the game so £60 wasted and as it's a download he can't sell it on. Is there a way to tell in future if a game can, or can't, be played on the S and X consoles together please?

Actually,On the Xbox marketplace in Finland,The game is available to buy. I just did it again (I did not buy the season pass) and the same problem occurred. It started to download up to 10% but then said it was completed. Its not in My Games or my download
history. I have now wasted 140euros on the game.

Just bought the season pass today and downloaded the new oasis stuff. I'm on my first playthrough. Booted up the box, went to load my game and.................... Stuck on the loading screen. Tried again and....................... Stuck on the loading screen.
Tried moving save, clearing the cache even installing the game on the HD. No luck.

Any ideas other than I've wasted 60 quid?
