A game not being playable on a device that I own

I was trying to purchase Resident Evil Village Gold Edition, but it tells me that it is “not playable on this device.” I have the Series X as well but it still says I cannot play this version. Not sure what else to do other than just getting a pre owned physical copy. the help would be appreciated if there’s a way around this technical issue.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

There are multiple reports in regard to multiple games on an Xbox Series X|S consoles getting this message prompt. However, there are no official announcements yet from Microsoft but as I have checked the game, it is available for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles.

Please perform a power cycle on your console and then check again.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

I'm having the same issue, I just purchased resident evil 4 the remake deluxe and now it says I didn't pay for it and its not playable?! Why did I spend $75 then! I'm upset

No, I called xbox support and they said that I don't have the license to play it but I frigging payed for it
