A game I owned shows up saying I have to purchase again

Hello, recently I wanted to reinstall Dark Souls 2. I have owned the game since I got my first console in 2015 and the most recent time I've played it was about 10 months ago according to the Xbox app. I went to go reinstall it but it did not show up in my owned or gold games and I went to go check the Microsoft store to see if I could just install it from there but it said I had to purchase it again. Is there any way I can get the game I owned back without re-purchasing it?

There has been an issue with some games showing that they need to be purchased again. Microsoft is aware of this and are working on the fix.

Thank you so much, I hope that's the case. I saw the outage but I didn't know that was affected by it

I've uninstall the game to try an reinstall but it's showing up in my ready to install queue. I've check the Microsoft store an it's showing that I don't own the game an have to purchase it again.

The only option that shows up from the store is tapping on it to purchase it, but then it says I already own Netflix and to check my games and apps, when I do it doesn’t show up

There is nothing waiting to be installed. All of this was bought when the the game first came out. The wasteland workshop says it isn't owned. But I purchased all of the dlcs for the game. All of them are installed but the game says "not installed". I
can't uninstall the dlcs because it is showing I would have to purchase them all again.
