So, a while back I bought the Spyro trilogy for Xbox One. I have played it a good amount and have achievements from playing it as well as still having the disc. There's not a scratch in the disc, but I cannot play it. I know for a fact it's my disc reader as it quit doing anything. Fortunately I have purchased every other game digitally in event I upgrade to the newest gen Xbox, however, it would not have a disc reader either. All I really ask is that, is there a way I could have someone in support let me just have the digital edition considering I paid for the disc at full price once already and I would REALLY like to finish Spyro. In all honesty, it's quite frustrating. Like to the point I don't even want to play any of the other 72 currently installed games because they're not Spyro. Jeez.

you will need to purchase the digital edition, they will not offer you one.

Sorry I'm a little confused. On my Xbox when you go into settings to assign the home xbox to an account, its only one account that shares with all other accounts on the system. If I were to set it as home for my account, I would lose access to all my friends content unless his account is signed in on my system. So I don't understand how an account that's not on my system has the ability to do it as well.

You can have multiple accounts as home on your console.

I can put my account as home on any console and just remove my account from the console, it won't remove the account as home until I put it on another console or reset the console to factory defaults. If you want, you can reset the console to factory defaults, this will remove all accounts that are logged in and are home on your console.
