A game I bought digital in 2011 isn't showing on my Purchase History

I bought the Halo Wars game on Xbox 360, from the marketplace, early in 2011. Now, whenever I go to my purchase history, it doesn't show up on my list of purchased games, but the DLC does. I found this out by first trying to download halo wars on my xbox
one, and seeing it wasn't there, knowing it was already backwards compatible. So, i checked the microsoft store on there, and found out it had the option to buy, and i thought to myself "Huh... I already bought this... What gives?" and tried to find the purchase
history in the options & settings on xbox one (to no avail. There needs to be an easy way to check this on xbox one.) but couldn't find it, and i ultimately took to going on the website itself. Now, when I looked, i scrolled all the way down, and noticed that
Halo Wars, the full game, wasn't anywhere on there. SO... now, I'm trying out how to acquire the digital license for a game I already bought and SHOULD have the license for, but don't for whatever odd reason. Can anyone help, so I can finally play this on
my xbox one, please?

microsoft points dissapeared????

my boy had 1200 points 1000 added dec 2011 checked download history/purchase history but he not bought / used them can you tell me why they not showing on account

 

i bought a digital game by wrong and i can't refund it.

my little brother bought a digital game by wrong and i can't refund it.

i am trying to refund it from the payments history tab but the refund button isn't showing

the game is God Of War 4
