    A game has disappeared from my game list.


    The Witcher3 game just disappeared from my game list a month after purchase. The purchase is in order history and marked as completed but it seems like i dont own the game. How is that possible?

    Hi,

    I was browsing xbox.com when I realized that some of my games achievements disappeared. Also my Games Score has been altered: it was 65000+ now it's about 60000.

    I identified a few games disappeared from my achievements game list so far: Mass Effect 3, Gears of War 2, Forza Motorsport 4.

    Does anyone know what this could mean?

    A game has disappeared from my game list.

    It might have dissapeared from your game list because of an Xbox Error with new Dashboard (Also in case your in the Preview Program that you'll get updates that might have some errors), but you should just be able to put the Witcher 3 disc in and it will
    install again with all of the Game Save still there and its back on your game list or if you bought it Digital you can just Download it again without any charges and your game save is also still there. Hope it helped! A game has disappeared from my game list. :)

    Please check your Order history to confirm that the game was successfully purchased under your account: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

    If it is, try to remove your profile, then turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console and sign in and try again!

    If it is not on that order history list, then you will have to contact the support through: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us
