    A game downloaded from a friends account doesnt start.


    I have my friends account as my home xbox and any game i download, then start says this "getting your game ready" then it goes to "something went wrong An error has occurred during the system update" and its only with that account or games that are free,
    he is able to play all of his games with no problems.

    Honestly, me being firmly in the PS camp, I'd be inclined to believe that every game will be available on day 1 to download to a friends XB1 from your account.

    i just bought a new xbox to replace my old one and was wondering how to have my account on the new one so it doesnt log me off when the other one is turned on, i had downloaded my account to use on a friends and when my sister used mine it logged me off
    automatically from my friends, how to change this?

    When you say it's only with "games that are free" are you referring to games that are free with Games with Gold? If your friend does not currently have a Gold membership then any games obtained through Games with Gold will no longer be playable. A gold
    membership is required in order to play them.

    Sign out from you account and sign in again, then start the game. If it doesnt work, try contacting the devs to ask for support.

    Switching to another account doesnt work, because another account doesnt own the game-and thereforw, you can not download the game.
