A friend that had my my account combanned me

You can try submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com but you are responsible for your account at all times. It's also a violation of the code of conduct to share your account information.

You are responsible for your account security and the actions performed at all times as shown at this passage from the enforcement page:

What do I do? I was playing with him just to have fun he messaged the groupchat saying a slur then got on his account and reported it. Now I have a 22 day suspension for the things he said and I was only previously banned once this year by my accord but this time it's not my fault.

You are responsible for whatever happens on your account so it doesnt actually matter that it was your friend that did it.

Why does he even have access to log into your account in the first place? Sharing your account details by itself is a bannable offense. That by itself is enough to warrant a ban.

Ps. They arent really a friend if they put your account at risk like this.

Unfortunately, this is not something Xbox Support or users on these forums would be able to help with, even if it wasn't you who sent that message.

If you've been suspended from using certain features on the Xbox Network, the best thing to do is to sign in at [ https://enforcement.xbox.com ]. This is where you'll be able to see your account's standing, find more information on past and current enforcement actions, and possibly, submit a case review for your enforcement action.

To see more information on your enforcement action:

- Select your account from the "Showing enforcements for" drop-down menu
- Select your enforcement action.

* If your enforcement action is eligible for a case review, you can select "Submit an appeal". Submitting a case review is the only way to get an enforcement action lifted.

Please note that both giving another person access to your account and using someone else's account, are violations of Microsoft's ToS and the Xbox Community Standards. Doing so could result in further enforcement actions placed on your accounts/devices.

To prevent this from happening in the future, I'd suggest changing your account's password and making sure your security information is up to date. You can do this at: https://account.microsoft.com/security
