    Xbox One support is winding down, New games from MS will no longer support it, and many third parties are similarly moving on. I recommend you upgrade if you wish to keep playing new games. Otherwise, Madden is still available

    If the code is less than 25 digits then it will need to be redeemed from within the game itself. If it is 25 digits then you should contact the people who sent you the email to let them know.
