    A friend of mine gifted me a game, I can't receive it.


    A friend of mine gifted me a game, Xbox sent me the Redeemer code. I hit check code and then I get a circle with a red x it says not sure what happened there please try again later and then it has this code underneath of it.

    In my attempt to troubleshoot, I have restarted my Xbox twice and have gotten the same message.
