    A forum is useless when no one answers the questions.


    I'm having a hard time believing Microsoft games are not maintained and players problems are ignored. The puzzles will not download. The ads make moving the pieces impossible. These problems have been reported over and over but nothing is done about
    it or even acknowledged. For goodness sake, do something.

    Xbox One graphics don't look much better than the Xbox 360

    Capatan, please don't use forum space for useless answers PS 4 has no place in discussion of Xbox 360 vs. Xbox One.

    Ok, since we've gotten no response from this forum, I went looking for a solution to the downloading puzzle problems. It's probably in your privacy settings.

    I found this solution in another support forum.

    1. Close Microsoft Jigsaw. 2. Go to settings. 3. Click on Privacy. 4. Click on Background Apps. 5. Turn on " Let apps run in the background, if it's off. 6. Scroll down to Microsoft Jigsaw and set it to "On"

    Now open Microsoft Jigsaw again and try to down load your puzzles again. If it doesn't work, restart your PC. Mine started working right after the restart. Good Luck.

    What you need to do is click on the link that was provided and post your request there. That is the forum that the Policy Enforcement Team works out of. Only they can answer your questions. No one on any other part of the boards can help you so it is
    useless to continue to post anywhere else.
