A Forum For Suggesting Future Console Update Features

Of all of the useful and enjoyable forums on this site, I couldn't find for the life of me a single one relating to future system updates. If there's some link or page that I can be sent to clear up my hopeful misunderstanding, can someone please do so?
If not, a forum needs to be opened to allow the community to provide input as to features and fixes that they would like to see implemented in future system updates, such as modifying the Home Xbox system, improving UI Intuitiveness, and making it easier to
manage games, among other things about which I've heard complaints. The forum(s, each relating to a different platform such as Xbox One, Xbox One X, Windows 10 etc.) would need to be distinctly titled, showing users where complaints, fix requests, and potential
additions to the current systems should be posted. An "upvote" system would allow the community to show the order in which they want topics to be addressed. My hope for the forum would be to sort of open a window, so to speak, in the metaphorical wall that
most of the community feels is standing between their ideas and opinions, and the face of Microsoft as a whole. I do realize that most idea/suggestion posts are far too vague or off the wall to be addressed, but the vast majority of the community feels almost
completely alienated from the inner workings of microsoft as a whole. While this is probably beneficial for the purpose of getting ahead of competitors, imagine how much more powerful the Microsoft community would be if consumers had a direct line to the people
developing the software. I realize that there is already a forum in place for voicing concerns, but it feels extremely distant from the face of Microsoft.

I hope my thoughts aren't going to fall on deaf ears, or at least that they aren't just mine.

While there isn't another way to do this, I would recommend heading to
http://feedback.xbox.com and suggesting this feature for a future update.
