A few of my games aren't working

Before I talk about the problem I don't know if it matters but I own the og fat Xbox one. Now bout the problem so about a month ago my fallout 4 stopped working and that was kinda annoying bc I was about to finish the last ending but after resetting my Xbox uninstalling it reinstalling it trying to play it on a different account nothing worked and I brushed it off. Then fast forward to like last week I decided to play a game called gungeon I didn't play it much. It didn't work. but also if it matters fallout 4 I did play often so it has nothing to do with me not playing it often. Now today I decided to play the binding of Isaac and guess what it didn't work and I'm pissed I have been playing that game for a whole week everyday and i was hooked. I was wondering if I could in anyway fix this without resetting my whole console thank you in advance. Ps when I boot up the game it brings me to a black screen then closes.

Let me see what I can do to help:

If this is happening on other accounts as well as a wide arrangement of games, then it indicates to me that it is your console
Are you on a preview/insider build? You may consider removing yourself from the program if necessary: Unenroll from Xbox Insider | Xbox Support
Have you double checked that all your console is up to date; Update Console | Xbox Support

If it is and the problem is still happening, then a reset may be necessary.

Good news is you don't have to remove everything off your console when resetting. You can keep the majority of your information and games. Just follow the Reset and keep my games & apps option under Reset using your console in that article

try clearing your cache by holding down the power button on your console for about 10 seconds.

It will reboot.

Try again after that.
