    A fake account added me and I am anxious


    So this afternoon when I was playing halo 5 I got a friend add from some guy at first I thought he was just a guy in our game but he wasn’t on the scoreboard at all so later this night I looked at my notifications and the guy that added me looked like
    this guy was a bot because he had zero gamer score and he had a default profile picture and when I looked on his account it said he had many followers but no gamer score so I just blocked him but I’m still a little paranoid and creeped out Because he didn’t
    message me at all like most bots would and I’m afraid that despite being blocked he might do something else

    As smwutches said block report or ignore that being said i wouldn't open any links sent to you by them through the app ect

    Probably because they just randomly add people and have been reported. It doesn't necessarily mean they're hackers.

    Go to http://account.microsoft.com/privacy and adjust your Xbox settings. You can't completely block people from adding you, but blocking them from things like communications and viewing your profile can cut down on it.
