a downloadable digital game bug(not common)

I have had this problem for a while, not being able to download certain games off the store. the installation percentage gets stuck at a random percentage and stops forever(fortnite is on 56.6%, minecraft on 89.8%. I have done some research and found out
that when xbox tries to download the game and the update at the same time, the xbox will eventually stop downloading. the system does not give me the notification that the installation has stopped and the ping slowly goes down as it stops downloading eventually
when it gets near the specific percentage(fortnite on 56.6%. i have searched legit everywhere on the internet and all i've found out was a troubleshoot for disc games(which requires to set xbox offline).

I would appreciate any/all types of helps and support on this type of situation because i have tried every solutions out in the internet(as all of them does not work in my situation).

Download game "naruto shippuden ultimate ninja storm 3" only demo.

Their are two options downloading game.



One demo version and and game version.

When you want to download the full version of the game it jumps to demo version.

Full version not downloadable! Both versions are demo version.

Bug!

 

Hole in GRFS

I've seen it in co-op campaign before. It's actually a pretty common bug in a lot of games.
