"A" doesnt work in the main menu/ the dashboard

    when i start my xbox one, the key "a" doesnt doesnt work, i cant start a game or open any other category or stuff. the icons blink for a second but thats all

    How to acess China Rising

    I downloaded china rising from the dashboard dec 28th. Still not working on my 360. I deleted it. Then i downloaded it from the main menu. still doesnt work. erased again. cleared system cash and erased all bf4 data. redownloaded all. still does not work.
    I don't have premium. I just payed for it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Home menu selection problem

    For some reason. The home button on the guide menu doesnt work when i select it. I always gotta hit b to back up or hit the middle button to select my games or select one of the other features and dont know why the home button doesnt work when i push it
    when i wanna go back to the main menu

    The saved data appears to be damaged and can not be loaded.

    This is why i always quit to the main menu in any game and then dashboard out.
