A different Ubisoft account is linked to my xbox account. but it isnt me.

I have a username of bippy badger on xbox, its ok i dont mind people knowing it. I also have an email linked to that.

so when i logg into my ubisfot account and try to link my ubisfot account to my email. which was before, i.e ghost recon breakpoint, the division 2 Assassins creed valhalla, it says that " this profile is already linked to another user. however. I dont have any other ubisfot accounts, and if i did i cant remeber them so how on gods earth am i supposed to rectify this.

I have contacted ubisfot and they are not very helpfull at all. i am concerened that my account has been compromised. someone help me.

Just did it. But ubisoft are not being helpfull at all rhey jist told me to login. But thats rhe problem. I have even given rhem my xbox gamer tag

Your account maybe compromised please change your xbox account password account.microsoft.com. To unlink your ubisoft account you will need to contact ubisoft about this situation.

Thank you for replying, I just updated the email information for my Microsoft account, and i did link the Ubisoft account but the progress is different on Ubisoft Connect as well.

I tested the game on the Xbox app and browser, it didn't ask me to link the account or confirm my Xbox/Ubisoft account. It is also not possible to open Ubisoft Connect through xCloud.

Maybe linking your Ubisoft account with your Xbox account can solve this, mine was already linked.

I don't like to give bad news but when you link a Ubisoft account with your Xbox account, you can't link this Ubisoft account with a different account according to Ubisoft support.
