A couple of issues i have with the heists...

I'm really lovin these heist missions (when I manage to get into one), but one of the issues i have with them are the mind numbing waiting times.

I mean seriously... last night i managed to prepare and eat dinner before the heist i was trying to host had the full 4 players.It's easy enough to find 3 players, but try and get them to stay there long enough for a 4th to join....

Then if your're "lucky" enough to finally get a mission started, you may get halfway through the heist before someone decides to quit..rendering all that time wasted. Is there nothing more annoying when that happens??

I would like anyone to play with online. I have a couple of people but not always on. Wanna play heists also if get chance. Let me know or add me Thanks

Just to add, Many gamestores will carry Older model HDDs. Ranging from 20GB-250GB.

As im unsure of your locale i cannot refer you to a store as those we have in the UK will probably not exist in many other places. Please be aware also, That if you find one in a Game store, they will most likely be pre-owned, however the staff at the store
will have tested it before they accepted it, and formatted the drive so none of the previous owners data remains.

 

yes actually, an annoying thing is having people fail the missions over and over and over and over till someone leaves, now that is annoying.

 

More annoying than AC:brotherhood MP goodness the waiting times.

 

Well in GTA's defense, its mission structure has made zero sense in terms of players needed. They always say 1-6 but lets face it theres no way you can do some of them 1 player. If you ask me its pretty stupid that a grp of 3 cant do a 4 man mission.

Something I noticed is that Heist requests that show up ingame are so vague that its hard to to see where someone is within the mission structure. Sometimes all I will see is "Prison Break" but not see which section of the heist people are at.

I tried hosting 1 heist and the guy left the lobby before we arrived to the armored car and the split was 50/50, guess they wanted 90% instead =/

 

If I were to make a suggestion, that would be one of them. for everyone to not get kicked into freeroam just because 1 person quit, or got booted offline. we should at least be put back into the lobby to look for another player, that's fair. but what really
grinds my gears, is they say that we have to plan how we do the missions, but it seems to me, that the missions are already planned, the host just puts a guy in the position and that's that. well what if that 1 guy who did that 1 position finishes and could
do another while the other players are still working? that would mean we shouldn't have to wait for 4 freaking people all the time, because that is annoying. would be nice if we could at least attempt it with just 2 people. and would be more fun and dominating
if we could have 6 people or 8 people.

 

@Forgotten, I disagree. The problem is that players want to rush through the mission as quickly as possible and bank the cash. I managed to do "Los Santos Connection" on HARD and SOLO. Took a *** long time but it's doable. Same with "the one where you have
to destroy the Jets and steal the Cargobob for Trevor". That one took forever but again, SOLO'ed and completed on HARD. The missions are designed to be easier with a group but can be done SOLO'ed.

 

@Legend, Los Santos Connection is an easy mission though its just a really long an tedious adventure. Besides wasn't that mission tweaked a long time ago. I dont remember having to chase down an airplane at the end.

My mission of hatred is Dry Docking, ever had issues with it in the past but now while trying to crack the safe guys just continue to insta spawn its not the only one that actually does this there are a few missions that do the same thing.

 

the lose santos connections is my favorite missions. that was one of the missions that i learned how to perfectly use my buzzard, but I have beaten it many times on hard, and solo. I don't think its hard because everyone has to die, so that makes it simple
for me, kill everything that moves. now missions like dry docking, chop chop, and that other mission where you go inside a building, hack something, then unlock a combination lock. that mission isn't really that hard unless your doing it on your own, going
down the stairs is a pain. also, rooftop rumble is now ruined, payout stinks, and the enemies seem stronger, to me at least.

 

at first I hated doing LSC but now that I know where the plane is, it's easy plus I use the rhino (yes yes I know it's cheap but it's a lot of fun)

 

cheap? the rhino aint cheap bro. anyone who roles up with a rhino, I usually feel protected unless its some low rank noob who doesn't know how to use it. I bought the hydra, but sadly, and regrettably, I still prefer the buzzard. when you come with a hydra,
its kind of the same as using the buzzard when your stopped, but the problem is stopping it to act as a buzzard.

 

@Foregotten, meh. I guess if you are high enough and have access to the proper equipment, LSC isn't that difficult. I think the plane was always there, it just wasn't that fast IMO.

Don't forget about Stocks and Scares. Impossible to do SOLO because the enemies spawn right where you are hacking the *** thing! IMO, though, I think someone could SOLO the Hydra and Valkyrie setups.

 

I could solo the hydra mission for sure.

 

I had to break down and buy Hardline for something decent to play.
