A Couple Issues... (Black Screen and Recent Activity)

So, a couple issues I've been having recently that I wondered if anybody else has been experiencing and/or can shine some light on the subject (or at a bare minimum, to voice my concerns to Microsoft in the hopes that they get it fixed).

1. So, every once in a while I'll be playing a game (it happened last night with Thief) and I'll hit the jewel button to go back to the home screen but instead of taking me back to the home screen, I just get a black screen. I can still hear audio but can't
see anything. The only way to fix this is to shut down the console and reboot. I was having this problem a little after the Feb update but then after the March update it seemed to have stopped for a little while. However, last night it happened again so I
guess it's not fixed.

2. I've been trying to get an answer to this next question for a while but can't seem to - So, if you go to your profile, then scroll right you see "Recent Activity" (usually, though sometimes for some reason that category is not there) and under that category
it lists your 3 most recently used games/apps. Well, if they are games, it lists the percentage completed (like it does under your achievements). However, my percentages are always wrong. For example: If I go to my achievements, under "Thief" I have 19% completion
which is accurate as I currently have 190/1000 gamerscore. But under "Recent Activity" it said last night that my completion was 77%. This varies for every game I have but it is always wrong under "Recent Activity" but correct under "Achievements." I don't
get it and I guess my slightly OCD nature is causing it to really annoy me. Anyone notice this? (I don't think this would have anything to do with internet connection as my console is always connected to the internet at all times - I've never disconnected
the internet from it since I got it - if anyone thinks that might matter).

So, just wondering if anyone else is experiencing these issues or knows if Microsoft knows if they are "known issues." Appreciate the thoughts...

Activity Feed Issue

For the last couple of days, I have had some very weird issues regarding my activity feed. My console seems to be running ok, but every time i look at the activity feed, none of my videos, achievements, or things I manually try and post into it seem to
visibly not show up. Even when i go to my profile it doesn't show up either. Only activity from 2 days ago and nothing recent. I am able to still see friends recent activity and videos, but not any of my own. I am wondering if this is a connection issue,
or a console issue. Also, i have read some minor reports that perhaps the game Metro 2033 (Which i have also downloaded.) has perhaps caused some issues, so i don't know if that could possibly be a reason. Please help.
