    A connection error offline profile to xbox live


    Hi to all.
    I have found the
    problem when switching from
    offline profile xbox
    gamertag online. During
    the passage that I run
    IE settings join
    xbox live profile by following the steps
    I found myself after accepting
    terms and conditions 8015401D
    error. To try to
    fix it I changed
    many emails, the profile name
    and not getting
    any risultato.io I contacted
    assistance via chat in
    English and by phone and
    they gave me no solution.
    The chat told me
    that xbox live is under maintenance
    but also today that xbox live
    is not in maintenance
    gives me the same error.
    Someone help me.

    Downloading Account Problem

    So... I tried to download a xbox live profile on my console but it kept saying cant download profile right now, but xbox live servers aren't offline.. I was thinking if someone could download it and give it to me. Error codes are random. I also have a decent
    internet connection. Please help....

    I have the same problem! As soon as I signed in on my Xbox a couple mins. ago, I was offline. My connection is fine and works on other devices, but when I try to sign in on live with my profile it just won't work! I even tried to re-downloading my profile
    but then I got the same error message: "Sorry, Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later."

    And now I've completely lost my profile that I can't even play offline with!!

    What to do? Help someone!??

    HELP!!!

    Hi there,

    only one xbox live account can be connected to a specific Microsoft Account, so if you want to 'upgrade' an offline profile to a xbox live account you will need to use a Microsoft Account that doesn't have an xbox live account already connected.

    So if you don't have an Microsoft Account without an Xbox live account connected you will need to create a new Microsoft Account if you want to 'upgrade' that offline profile.

    Cannot connect to Xbox Live.

    I think I'm seeing the same problem that IP6 reported. I don't have a Kinect. My Xbox has multiple profiles - one (mine) is an xbox live profile and the others, for my wife and kids, are local/offline profiles. When my xbox turns on, if I login to my
    xbox live profile, everything connects no problem. When my xbox turns on, if I login to one of the local/offline profiles I immediately get an error about not being able to connect and it asks me to test the network (which also works without any problem).
    This is very annoying! Is there a solution yet?

    IMPORTANT NEWS! My brother just accepted the 23rd feb update and now his offline profiles give the cannot connect to live error............its the update doing it!

    Me again.....

    Hi, some DLC will come up with that error if the console is not connected to Xbox Live. The DLC needs to be verified online to use it. Could you try connecting the offline console to Live and see if you get the same error.

    - Regarding licences you should be able to use your DLC so long as the profile that downloaded it is signed in but as I said some DLC will need to be verified online.

    The
    C800-0036 part of the error     suggests that your console was manipulated and thus banned to connect to Xbox Live.

    You can continue to play offline with your console (either by pulling the network cable, or turning off Auto-Sign-in in the settings of your profile), but your console can't connect to Xbox Live online anymore.
