A connection error I can't describe easily.

Early today, I loaded up my xbox one and for a brief moment, I was online. Next thing I know, I am now offline and any attempt to reconnect is pointless. Also, I was constantly being logged out of my Xbox account. After every attempt to reconnect or or sign
in, I was told something along the lines of 'its not your fault, it's ours' or that the problem was to do with the local signal.

A "solution" I found on the internet was to remove my account and re-add it, as from my other devices nothing was wrong with the wifi and I could easily sign in and connect on my 360 (with the very same account). However, this did that plan out as I expected
as now when I try and download my account I would get an ''Error 80A40008". Now any attempt to connect to my wifi I recieve "Error 0x80a40019".

Any help would be appreciated.

Cannot process Update

Hey StEel, the error code you listed describes a connection issue. You're certainly welcome to return the console if you choose, but I recommend trying to apply the update via a modem connection first. Let me know if that works for you!

Does the issue still persist, there was a Live Services issue causing issues with profiles and purchases over the last 24 hours.

Try again and keep an eye on the status page.

I have a problem quite same, with error code 80048821, i don t know how erase it, because this error it's a problem cause i can't easily connect on line...

No, I think the MTU message in this instance is just a last ditch error message, it isn't really complaining about MTU I think its really saying "I can't connect to live.. " and just gives an MTU error as it doesn't know how else to describe it.

A lot of Xbox MTU error messages are nothing to do with MTU just a failure to connect

Going to agree with Viper here, connection tests don't can't NAT errors 100% of the time, and what you are describing sounds pretty much exactly like one. Please give those steps a shot!
