A commutation Ban

I would like to start off by saying that I have been on Xbox since the 360 and I am very disappointed with Microsoft. I was playing COD and some guy was trash talking and spamming me with messages and I mean SPAMMING I played a normal multiplayer game
and had over a dozen messages from this guy trying to get me to 1v1 him. So anyone in my position would be annoyed at this point as I was and I gave him a piece of my mind and I get that what I said probably ViOlAtED TeArmS AnD COndITiOnS but I mean come on
this guy was blowing my Xbox up. So I 1v1 him and absolutely mopped the floor with this guy when it came down to the actual game. During the actual game he was also in-game chat talking smack and cussing me out which was fine I don't mind a little trash talk
from time and time again because I grew up playing MW2. Then after the game, I get an email saying I was banned from coms and I thought it was absolutely ridiculous because this guy sent me over 50 messages talking trash and spamming my inbox trying to get
a reaction out of me and when I finally broke and stood up for myself I get banned and to put the cherry on top after I get banned I can't send a message to anyone or talk in-game this guy sends me one last message saying and I quote "Have fun not talking
for a week" I am absolutely blown away on how little research when into my case whenever he reported me and it was basically the first person to tell due to how fast I was banned. This was the push I needed to get me to buy a gaming pc and be done with Microsoft
and to think I was gonna buy the new-gen Xbox as soon as I could get my hands on one. It also goes to show that Microsoft isn't putting in any real effort into making the people that actually annoy people on here and troll just to get accounts banned that
they are not doing anything about it. Thanks, Microsoft!
