    A communication ban.


    Hello, im writing you this to explain my ban and hopefully get a lift or a shorter duration to this ban thank you for taking time to read this. So I had a friend over which was playing on my console and he had been playing for a fair few hours after he left
    I played and a few moments later I discovered hate messages which led to this ban and I no longer allow friends on my Xbox and tried to say "sorry" but was banned, I understand the Terms of conditions and I would like to say if you were lift the ban I would
    then obey the TOC like I have done in the past and if I was to get another ban in the future I would except a permanent ban thank you for reading this and I hope we can get this sorted thank you.

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

    I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

    bans do not get lifted early you just will have to wait it out sorry

    If they cared about their customers they would investigate the situation instead of banning everyone. The perpetrators should be the ones banned not the people who react to the unjust and cheating ways of the other people that caused it. It is unethical
    and makes you xbox live a socialist dictator.

    All reports are investigated by the enforcement team, and suspensions are only issued when evidence of a code of conduct violation are found. You are welcome to request a case review if you feel an active suspension was issued in error to have the enforcement
    team take a second look.

    Suspensions are not issued for no-reason, only if it is shown that the rules have been broken. False reports don't lead to suspensions.

    You will need to visit https://enforcement.xbox.com for more information, they don't use the forums for suspensions.

    I feel like my voice is not even heard by you guys for real!!! Hundreds of dollars and I get spit in the face?? It's a game and there gonna be trash talk your taking the fun out of the game for real and that's why I'll go to Sony!!! i may even get legal

    It's good that you are aware of what you did to deserve the suspension and reflecting on it serves to avoid suspensions in the future, yet there is nothing you can do but go through the suspension and read the Code of conduct.
