A clan called TSB booted me offline

Theirs a clan called TSB. They boot people offline, take accounts and sell them, that type of stuff. I was playing with some of my friends and 2 members
[Mod Removed] joined my party and started talking about the whole shtick. Then they took down me and one of my friend’s xbox live. Im assuming they did it because when i got back, one of my other friends told me that
[Mod Removed]said she took down my live. I was in a party of 8 so i think they joined to recruit and me and my friend where demenstrations of what they do. I dont know exactly how they do it but i think its something to do with xbox dashboard.

Is it possible for some sort of investigation to go down or get them banned?

I keep getting booted offline his friend even said he booted them off then I booted me off 2 times I took a picture of his gamer tag so I don't forget so I called microsft they told me to report his gamer tag and his gamer tag is

You would need to file complaints on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.

for best results, you can also add comments on Xbox One platform. www.enforcement.xbox.com you can submit video footage of cheaters in the report violations submit box. All reports are investigated by XBLPET enforcement Rangers.
