A certain person is hacking and harassing me

The gamer tag TheKINGJOJO05 has somehow been re adding himself onto my friends list after several blocks. I have reset my password and he still just finds his way onto my friends list after a block. I have reported him several times and he never gets banned.
After he joins my invite only parties with only me in them, he harasses me. I don't know how this is happening. Someone please answer with as much help as you can provide, all help and intel is appreciated. My gamer tag is . Thanks.

this person is harassing and hacking my friends acc and he has threatened to take my acc and i am trying to get his profile back.

HACKING SITUATION !!!!!

Look this person is hacking accounts , he booted my friend off line and he is harassing me as we'll and I was forced to change my pass word as we'll , Their gamer tags are [Mod Removed]

While I sympathize with your situation, Please keep in mind that the forums are not the place for naming and shaming and that such behavior is against the forum rules. If you have already utilized the reporting tool on your console, then rest assured the
enforcement team has received your report. I've been a part of this community for a while and generally while it can take some time in some cases, the hackers usually get whats coming to them.

Ok thanks! The only thing is that the person that told people to hack me was in my friends list. I filed a complaint for harassment and removed from friends. I will block communications right now.

I would not worry about the person trying to hack you. Block communications with him, if he is still harassing you.

Just block, mute and report this person if they continue to harass you. Besides that there is not much you can do but if you aren't cheating or hacking you have nothing to worry about.

I think there are certain extreme cases where it is very much my concern if the person is banned or not. Extreme cases of harassment and slander, for example (note the "and slander" part before anyone says to simply block communications, etc..., since that
can include a sort of second hand harassment through others).
