    A call for help


    A very resourceful hacker who plays xbox 360 on the tag [mod removed] has been harassing my family and I got days on end without reason. He has changed my wifi password, deleted my account off of my xbox, froze my xbox, and has made permanent
    irreversible changes to more than one of our personal devices. We really need the enforcement team to stop this criminal from doing anymore damage than he already has, please get back to me ASAP.

    desperate call for help

    Hi everyone! I have an unusual problem with my Live Gold account. If someone knows how I could fix it....it would be much appreciated. I have a Live Gold account and I've just downloaded the game of the month (so I know my subscription works) but every time
    I want to play an online multiplayer game, I get the pop up screen that I need to buy an xbox live gold subscription. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my account multiple times. It's so frustrating! I keep getting that annoying pop up screen while the store
    confirms live gold is up and running till the end of april. I have tried resetting and hardresetting my xbox as well.I even have the same issue on the xbox of a friend. I don't know if someone knows the problem, I unfortunately don't

    Oh BTW PLease don't call the call centers... They won't be able to help you and they have to work harder for no reason! So please don't waste your time waiting on hold for HOURS just to be told that they can't help you. Trust me I work for a call center!

    The enforcement team does not read the forums. You would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for them to investigate them (calling out gamers is not allowed on the forums).

    If he has been affecting your internet (DDoS attack), you would need to contact your ISP and alert them to what is happening.

    I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps below:

    After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

    First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

    Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

    Sorry but you are not allowed to name and shame in the forums as this is a violation of the terms of use, you should file an complaint against the gamertag. But if you have gone into a modded lobby, then unfortunately there is nothing that can be done as
    the game developers wont but your rank to what it was.
