My two controllers are working just fine with the dashboard and apps like Netflix but If i launch a game (I have tried Minecraft, Chariot and Raymans), the buttons does not work anymore. All other control works... just the main buttons. I can scroll, etc.
but not click on something.

Of course. Again, it has to do with the ambiguous nature of his original post.

Regardless, the question still stands, what has he done to troubleshoot?

This was an issue few a small group during a prior preview release.

Two suggestions:

-make sure your controllers have the latest firmware updates (mini usb cable required)

-if the controllers were successfully updated, check to see if your profile is set to the controller your using

Thanks for the reply, but none of these are the issue I'm having. My controller works totally fine, unless I have a game running. Then only the home button responds. Maybe it's an issue with the games (but all the ones I have?).

Example: Controller is working completely fine. I launch Battlefield 4. No button on the controller now works. I hit the home button. I return to the dashboard and the controller once again works fine.

I'm having this same issue after updating to the last dashboard, my controllers cant sync anymore with the sync button on the console but they work in other consoles with the same dashboard, I believe there's something wrong with the last update... I've
already tried every kind of solution, I can even tell that the sync buttons are working fine but they cant sync any controller, this problem started after the update reboot from firmware 15574...

A solution that worked for me is downloading the game through Steam, and the Xbox App. Then launching the game through Steam to verify it launches and closing then closing the game. After that I launched the game through the Xbox app, it worked just fine after that. I have no idea why this worked for me, but it did. A small solution hopefully that works for you and others too.

I mean it won't react to anything but me hitting the power button.

It seems that I can't launch it from the Dashboard, but that it will launch fine if I open it from my Recent games/apps.
